Simon founded Citivest. He has a track record of managing successful commercial relationships and developing new business ideas.

Simon’s contact base, management experience and quick decision making is one of the cornerstones of Citivest’s early success.

Simon was also a former Director and board member of Amstrad, and is currently on the board of Amshold and Amsprop, which has transacted over £1 billion of property transactions. He is also the current CEO/Founder of Tech Company Amscreen.

John oversees all aspects of Citivest’s business.

Having worked full time in property since 1994, he has extensive experience in all aspects of UK commercial real estate.

Prior to Citivest, John worked for Trophaeum Asset Manager for six years, where he was responsible for the acquisitions, asset management and repositioning of retail assets in Central London, valued at over £1bn. John has a B.Sc. (Hons) in Real Estate Management and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Matthew sources new investment opportunities for Citivest.

Having started his property career straight from school, working with a leading property consultancy advising investors and corporate occupiers. Matthew then went to work with an investor using his entrepreneurial flair to source value-add investment opportunities.

Matthew has transacted with a range of agents, institutions, and private owners as well as corporate occupiers such as Iceland and McDonalds to unlock value in real estate. Matthew has a reputation for being trustworthy, discreet and reliable.

Nathan also sources new investment opportunities for Citivest.

He started his career in 2012, working for Michael Elliott – a leading boutique investment agency, advising investors predominantly on London commercial investment properties.

Nathan has transacted on a variety of different asset classes such as retail, office, industrial and residential across Greater London.

Having an excellent network and loyal following, Nathan has been instrumental in unearthing many interesting opportunities.

Pravesh is a finance professional with over 15 years of management experience.

Before joining the Citivest team, Pravesh has worked in various sectors that include banking, technology, retail and property.

Pravesh is a qualified accountant and has a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
