Citivest and their joint venture partner Kimble Estates Limited are delighted to announce the sale of our light industrial building located within a well-established business on the eastern side of Gloucester.

Citivest agreed the sale off market with a private buyer represented by Robert Irving Burns and completed within 4 weeks.
